How can I pay online?
Payments are via PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted by Paypal.
Why only online payments through PayPal?
PayPal is the safer, easier way to make an online payment
Can I order by mail?
Not at this time
How are my products shipped?
Shipping is by New Zealand Post
Prices
All prices are in NZ$. Prices are subject to change. All price include GST.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail and an approximate date of when we expect to have it in again.
You can have your order refunded if not available or fulfilled once the item is back in stock.
Can I back order an item that is not in stock?
At this time no. Please check back often to see updates and additions to our website.
Can I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with the items you have received you may return them within 7 days of when you originally received your order. You may only return unworn & unwashed items
Size or shirt not right ?
If you receive an item and wish to exchange it for a different size or an alternative item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship your exchanged item.
Wrong or damaged items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs. However, an item that is damaged after it has been worn or washed will not be replaced. With this in mind, we request that all customers pay close attention to the washing instructions.
Refunds
Will only be issued for the following cases should you choose not to have your order fulfilled:
- An ordered item that may be out of stock
- Lost shipment
- Damaged goods - Note: Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned to FOTC NZ Merch

How long will it take to get back a return or exchange?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed.
I am missing an item in my package?
Please contact us at nzmerch@flightoftheconchords.co.nz. Please include your order number and name.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
The cost of shipping will be calculated once you have selected products for purchase.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 7-10 working days to receive you order.
Do you accept orders from places other than New Zealand?
Not at this time although try our other merch stores around the world.
Can you send me a catalogue?
Our website is our catalogue.
Does FOTC NZ Merch have a shop front I can purchase, exchange or return an item to?
No, we work from our office & warehouse which is not open to the public for viewing or purchasing merchandise.
